A new, 6-week course beginning Wednesday 10th April at East Brent Village Hall 10:00am – 11:00am, £40pp. Medical research shows that Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility, conditioning and balance. It has been proven to benefit cardiovascular fitness, musculoskeletal conditions, blood pressure and balance. 

During these sessions we will work with Sun Style Tai Chi, practised in a slightly higher stance with smaller, quicker movements. Your health condition will be taken into consideration and movements adjusted if necessary.
