The Highbridge and Burnham SHED welcomes both men and ladies to make, fix, learn, try crafts or just chat with a cuppa in our kitted out workshops. Why not come and join us?

Stay fit and make friends playing bowls at Mark Moor Bowling Club.
The outdoor season is still in full swing now…if you want to look around our club please pop around on a Monday or Thursday evening at 6:00pm, wearing flat-soled shoes if you want to bowl a few bowls! We are situated next to Mark Village Hall TA9 4NY, with ample parking.

Local charity, Age UK Somerset, will soon be launching another session of their fabulous chair-based exercise class: Sit, Fit and Fun.

Register your interest now, if you want to get moving in a fun and friendly way – this session is ideal for older people with limited mobility.

Outdoor Walking Cricket for the Over 55’s started in June and runs until 30th July, 10:00am – 12 noon at Huntspill & District Cricket Ground, New Road, West Huntspill TA9 3QD.
All abilities are welcome regardless of whether you have played cricket before or not. It is open to both males & females and all playing equipment is provided. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and footwear and look forward to having a social and active, enjoyable, and fun time playing a version of cricket with like-minded people.

Burnham Moose are holding a Fun Night on Saturday 1st June at Highbridge Community Hall, 7:00pm (bring your own drinks) £2.
Also a Cream Tea on Thursday 20th June at St John’s Church Hall Highbridge, 2:30pm £6 and our monthly meeting at Berrow Village Hall on Thursday 27th June 7:00pm with a speaker talking about “Burnham & Highbridge Carnival’ everyone is welcome to join us.

We are a friendly WI, meeting on the 4th Tuesday of the month, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at the Sea Cadets Hall, Cassis Close, Burnham-on-Sea, TA8 1NN. Please come along to see what we have to offer.

Go socialize, a SoCal group for over 18’s who have autism. We meet in the Gatsby bar at the Ritz Social Club, Burnham. We meet the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 7:00pm –  9:00pm. There are refreshments available to purchase.

Burnham & Highbridge Sea Cadets based in Cassis Close, TA8 1NN.

Dancing at the Ritz, Burnham-on-Sea every Tuesday afternoon 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Dancing includes Sequence some modern ballroom, Olde Tyme, some linedance. We are a sociable and friendly group. All are welcome.
